Hit a quick core with Chasity & went on to do an upper body power with Jamila.

Both great workouts.

Used my 20lb with Chasity & Heavy resistance band.

I was going to do upper body but I said let me do some core cuz I have an apron belly from all these dang babies 😆

I want to say I know how to engage my core but I didn't feel much during the workout... I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow lol

Anywho great beginner friendly core work out.

Block one I added a 3rd round

Block two I added a 3rd round

Block three I added 2 more rounds

*Each bicep curl I counted 1 for both arms instead of the 1,2 she was doing.

So I did each block 3x*

I walked 3.7 miles earlier today.
