I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t think there would be that much of a difference BUT after seeing them side by side I was SO PROUD of myself! I took the first picture 6 weeks ago when I started QW and the second picture was taken today. I am so proud of myself 🥲! I am a mom of two and after my second kid my body just was so different. I didn’t feel comfortable (or have the time) going to the gym then I found QW and decided to join and it was the best decision I made! The scale discouraged me these past 6 weeks BUT BABY these pictures didn’t lie! Keep going all my queens! We can do this together! 💕

I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to get started today. So happy to join a family of committed ladies.

I'm determined to be in the best shape of my life as I approach 50. Menopause will NOT win!!! Looking forward to getting to know everyone. We got this!!!

Last June Vs This June with only 35 days of joining QW! I remember taking the first pic feeling bloated, tired and not toned. This year’s picture was filled with confidence, faith and with one goal in mind: To get fit, feel healthy and take care of this vessel that GOD gave me. I’m more happy because of my mindset during this journey! Mind, Body & Soul! Hope y’all are having an amazing Saturday Queens! Sending Love & Light from Southern California! Its already “summering” ova here!

Just wanted to hop on here and say although I paid for the year I haven’t re-opened this app till today 🫣😩. Well now I can share my journey I feel even more motivated along with some accountability from my warrior Queen sisters. I hope we all can look and feel our best. I’ll post some pics soon. Until then stay strong 💪🏽. Finally made it to the gym 💪🏽

Good morning Queen Warrior family , its been over a month that i logged in.

Today start day 1 and im starting up slow.

10 days of stretching. To start &&; !

Im going to be working out with fabi Tues & Thurs

Dancing Wed.

Doing glute camp Fri

Monday.Sat.Sun just stretching and walking outside 45 mins.

My goal is to loose my bloating and extra belly fat and build my legs,glutes and slim my back.

I just had a breast augmintaion (2weeks ago) so i do need to take it easy and not over do it :)

This is my before .

My goal date is July 30th to see some results.

I will be water fasting 30hrs starting last night eating tommorrow morning. Then i will start my high protein meals after. And i will also start Intermittent fasting after.

I have been a QW since 2022 and im so grateful to be able to jump back in. 3rd picture was my heaviest before qw.
