Google Roku glitches. I had a few glitches years ago when I would workout from my TV but would be logged in on my cell to comment during live workouts. I still do it that way but haven’t had any issues.

The more workouts we can fit into our schedule the faster the results. Go Queen!! I only did a 30 minute stretch with Yvona today then went hiking! 😊

Great idea, thank you Queen. I tried waking up at 6:30am today to start a new habit of working out early and getting my day going but hit snooze until 9:30am. Will try again tomorrow with some yoga! 🧘🏽‍♀️

I loved this workout with Coach Aimee even though it took me out for one day! When I was younger and did yoga the next day I was sore this time I had to take something for my body aches and stay in bed for one whole day.

I live in Los Angeles and everybody does yoga here and they have great bodies because of it. It may seem like yoga is not a workout, but yoga uses every single muscle in your body so if you’re looking for definition, tone, nice arms and legs do yoga.

Maybe back then it was different because I was doing yoga 3-4 times a week because yoga is for all ages guess consistency is what I need. ❤️🙌🏽 👑

Looking back on the picture from my shopping cart I have not touched an apple, pear, blueberries, sweet potato or tomatoes. This week I will try to eat those foods.

My breakfast today was a protein smoothie and lunch quinoa with zucchini and plant based chipotle sauce. For dinner maybe sweet potatoes with black beens and feta cheese and some fruit.

Since this post I am still 3lbs down. Haven’t worked out because I want to do the live workouts but I usually get a work call around that time so I need to plan my early morning workouts even though I love the lives.
