MINDSET MONDAY: What Are You Choosing This Week?

Every week we get a fresh chance to choose something different—different thoughts, habits, or priorities.

✨What are YOU choosing this week? (More rest? More protein? Less negative self-talk?)

What are you focusing on this week to make sure we crush it ? đź‘‘

Ill start… this week im focusing on waking up early 🤪 your girl acting like she on summer break too lol but im up at 7am today and did a 30 min morning walk listening to Pastor Phil ! Im also focusin on reading 1 book a month.

Hey queen, I don’t want you to feel defeated. Rather use these moments to create a plan. If your thighs feel tight what can you do to help release the tightness? You can do a stretch workout, foam roll. Roller back ? It might be a sign that your core is not as strong. Have you checked out the ab recovery program ? It’s free on the App and 10 min long . Also keep in mind that sometimes our body wants to quit but it doesn’t mean we have to give in, take as many breaks as you need even pausin the program and get right back into it. Also start with the begginer class . Those can offer a lot of help as well .
