First of all Queen, this is exactly what this group, what this whole space is for !! Its for US !! Its for moments when we need our amigas to lift us, to remind us that we ARE THE ONE and never the two, its also for times where we want to be celebrated ! So don’t ever apologize !

Second, im sorry your boyfriend made such hurtful comment. Understand that is not about you… when someone says something mean about someone else, its never about the other person but rather about themselves because THEY are feeling insecure , and in order to feel good they feel the need to put someone down.

Third, you are beautiful, you are courageous , a LIGHT and most importantly a child of God. If you want to tighten up, thats great, do it because thats what you want. But if you are ready to kick 2026 ASS , I got you !!!

Here’s the key, you have to show up, be consistent like you got somewhere to be honey ! No excuses, no accepting half ass shit, but pure GAS .

Each week you will workout 3-4 x a week. Here’s how you will do your workouts , 1hour workouts. You can split them into 30 mins during the week as long as it ads ups to an hour. You will do upper body and Lower body. The days that you don’t workout you will go out for walks 30 -45 mins regular walking .

Nutrition : I want you to start your morning with room temp water with organic apple cider vinegar then make your breakfast . Keep it clean and non process . No pork stick to turkey or chicken ( bacon / sausage ) lunch and dinner : 1 protein, ( no cheese, no sauce ) + veggie, and 1 healthy carb . Drink plenty of water and lets get to Freaking work 1!!

Hey Queen , thank you for this amazing feedback . And we are honor to have tou , and to be part of your journey.

Every week we post the schedule of what classes will happen the week of, In that schedule you are able to see your 30 min classes .

Regarding equipment, it is very much optional the workouts can be done without , or simply using household items . We also do offer hiit which are completely no equipment needed .

When looking for replays, you can find them by body part ( upper , lower, booty, or full ) some will be 30 mins and some an hour .

I do want to add that we just recently went back to breaking our workouts down into two separate 30 min workouts of which can be found in the specific body part . For the past 6 months, we were keeping both workouts in one stream w a 2 min break in between .
