Fabiana Ferrarini is the visionary and heart behind Queen Warriors, a movement she created out of necessity and personal transformation. After battling postpartum depression twice, struggling with her weight and confidence, and overcoming years in an abusive relationship, she knew she needed more than just a fitness plan—she needed a support system, a mindset shift, and a path to reclaim her power.


What started as her own journey to heal, rebuild, and grow has now become Queen Warriors, a community where women find strength, confidence, and purpose beyond just physical fitness. Fabiana designed Queen Warriors to help women transform from the inside out, proving that true strength comes from within. Today, she leads thousands of women on their own journeys, guiding them through fitness, mindset, and self-love, just as she once needed.

How is Queen Warriors Different from Other Fitness Apps?

Queen Warriors is built on the Queen Warrior 3 Method™, blending HIIT to burn fat, strength training to sculpt muscle, and mindset coaching to build confidence. Designed for the everyday woman who wants to look and feel amazing, our program requires just three workouts a week to see real results. Unlike other fitness apps that recycle the same boring workouts, we provide fresh, new workouts every week to keep things exciting and effective. More than just workouts, we believe in transformation from the inside out. Lastly and most important, Queen Warriors is a sisterhood—a community like no other, where women uplift and support each other every step of the way.

What If I Can’t Make the Live Classes?

That’s totally okay! Over 80% of our members watch the replays on their own time. You'll still get fresh workouts every week, and as long as you complete just three workouts per week, you’ll stay on track and see results. The flexibility allows you to train when it fits your schedule while still getting the full Queen Warrior experience!

Are the Workouts Beginner-Friendly?

Yes they are 100% beginner friendly. Most of workouts are intermediate level, but they all include modifications for beginners and low-impact options to make them accessible for all fitness levels. We focus on keeping things simple yet effective, ensuring you can progress at your own pace while building strength and confidence. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push yourself, you'll find the right challenge for you!

Do I Need a Gym Membership or Equipment?

No, a gym membership is not required! All workouts can be done at home, and if you want to mix things up, we also offer an on-demand gym program as part of your membership. Equipment is optional—you can use household items as substitutes for light weights, but dumbbells are recommended for added resistance.

What is included in a subscription plan?

The Queen Warrior App subscription includes full access to five new live trainings every week, with replays available if you can’t join live. You'll also get on-demand fitness programs, nutrition support through healthy recipes and weekly coaching, and mindset support with daily affirmations and biweekly mindset coaching. Lastly, you will get access to our private community of 25,000_ women!

You can cancel anytime directly within the app or by emailing us at info@queenwarriors.com. No hassle, no commitments—you're in control of your membership!
