Spaghetti squash recipe 😋 just cut in half, long side, clean out the seeds/area. Bake. Once it’s fully cooked and soft, let is sit a few minutes, use a fork to remove the Squash with long strokes, it comes out looking like spaghetti.

Hi I recommend this for spaghetti squash it comes out delicious. I’ll post the recipe in the next post.

Hi Queens.

Had to share these pictures I found of me and my weight loss/weight gain journey from this year. Wow 😮 if it wasn’t for all of the challenges and the recomp program I don’t know how I would have managed to look better as I end the year.
