I’ve always heard “abs are made in the kitchen”. My kitchen has chips, chocolate, cookies, bread 🤣 that won’t help my abs even if I worked out a lot. But cutting out and eating those food in moderation help. Congratulations on your workout consistency 🙌🏽 👑.

Hi Queen.

I understand that feeling I buy food then I won’t eat it and it expires. Today I made quinoa it didn’t come out that great but the zucchini and plant based sauce make it taste good! 😊 keep trying don’t give up. ❤️

Same here, my sleep is better with nightly hot calcium tea. I joined a lot of Queen Warriors challenges, the other more expensive programs and still struggle to get it right you’re not alone Queen it’s a daily struggle. But small changes add up even for me at my age this week I have lost 3lbs by avoiding all those foods that have no nutritional value. Coach Alexis nutrition program is a great add on.

Good morning Queens. Update on what little changes can do, I am down 3lbs! I gave into snacks last night but did rice cakes with peanut butter and drizzled honey. I slept so good, also taking Calm Calcium nightly as a hot tea 🫖.
