Google Roku glitches. I had a few glitches years ago when I would workout from my TV but would be logged in on my cell to comment during live workouts. I still do it that way but haven’t had any issues.

The more workouts we can fit into our schedule the faster the results. Go Queen!! I only did a 30 minute stretch with Yvona today then went hiking! 😊

Great idea, thank you Queen. I tried waking up at 6:30am today to start a new habit of working out early and getting my day going but hit snooze until 9:30am. Will try again tomorrow with some yoga! 🧘🏽‍♀️

Looking back on the picture from my shopping cart I have not touched an apple, pear, blueberries, sweet potato or tomatoes. This week I will try to eat those foods.

My breakfast today was a protein smoothie and lunch quinoa with zucchini and plant based chipotle sauce. For dinner maybe sweet potatoes with black beens and feta cheese and some fruit.

Since this post I am still 3lbs down. Haven’t worked out because I want to do the live workouts but I usually get a work call around that time so I need to plan my early morning workouts even though I love the lives.

I’ve always heard “abs are made in the kitchen”. My kitchen has chips, chocolate, cookies, bread 🤣 that won’t help my abs even if I worked out a lot. But cutting out and eating those food in moderation help. Congratulations on your workout consistency 🙌🏽 👑.

Hi Queen.

I understand that feeling I buy food then I won’t eat it and it expires. Today I made quinoa it didn’t come out that great but the zucchini and plant based sauce make it taste good! 😊 keep trying don’t give up. ❤️
