I second that. I just turned 40 and I feel like it’s harder to recover from the flu now. Will start with some stretches and doing something low intensity. I hope your feeing better. Enjoy the rest of the week!

Wow…I have been recovering from the flu for the past few days now. Nearly all my energy has gone to my recovery. Going up the stairs feels like I’ve been running. I’m not 100% but not as bad as I was. I’m itching to get back into working out but how do I ease my way into it so I can regain my strength? I wanna pick up some dumbbells already!

Yes keep doing them!!! But a part of my feels guilty because….you should be relaxing and vacationing Coach!! Love your dedication and continuous support but I know a lot goes into filming abroad. We appreciate you for all you do but….enjoy the vacation too lol!!!
