Thanks for the suggestions. I like to do my workouts in the morning. By the time I get home, I’m too exhausted, depending on the workload. But.. no excuses right lol? I will definitely find the balance within my schedule and make it work. Meal prepping would save a ton of time. Thanks Fabi!
