Wow…I have been recovering from the flu for the past few days now. Nearly all my energy has gone to my recovery. Going up the stairs feels like I’ve been running. I’m not 100% but not as bad as I was. I’m itching to get back into working out but how do I ease my way into it so I can regain my strength? I wanna pick up some dumbbells already!
Life is life-ing. Lost the motivation to workout. So I said “let me hop on here real quick so I can find the motivation” lol. Needless to say…I’m tuning in at 7:30. First live in a while. Ya’ll coming too?
Sooo…I had a horrible start to my day. I got up late this morning which led to the kids being late for school, not having enough time to properly pack the kids lunch or even make breakfast. Days like that makes me feel like a horrible mother. I’m learning to give myself a little grace. Don’t have too many supporters to pour into so I’m here…pouring. Thanks for letting me vent. 🫶🏾
I was not feeling like working out tonight. Picked the kids up from school and decided to push myself. Bettering myself, my body, and my mental for my kids was all the push I need! 🫶🏾🫶🏾
Had to sit this week out due to a flu that made its way around the house. I have to say I never really realized how good this program was for me until I got sick. My body needed the rest but I’m so ready to get back on! Lol
Ya’ll when I told my husband to take these pictures of me and looked at them…I told myself this is not where I wanna be. I started QW about 2 months ago and I have seen a major difference in size and weight. But I’m doing this summer challenge so I can keep going. I just want to be healthy and fit. So this me stepping out of my comfort zone by showing these pictures. 😩💪🏾
