Thanks for the suggestions. I like to do my workouts in the morning. By the time I get home, Iām too exhausted, depending on the workload. But.. no excuses right lol? I will definitely find the balance within my schedule and make it work. Meal prepping would save a ton of time. Thanks Fabi!
Started this new job and kinda fell off for a week. I need to get back in š«. I use to be stay-at-home-mom for years. Recently started to wake up 4:30am for training. But now back to 9am - 5pm. With 2 small kids. How do you prioritize after a tiring day of work? I need some motivation queens. (Iām still conscious about eating healthy even tho I fell off.)
