Small goals lol. Completing a whole week of workouts. I usually do it during a LYC challenge but I wanted to see if I could commit to it. On day 4 so far. Also trying not to over-eat. Making a shake or drinking tea a little more.
Life is life-ing. Lost the motivation to workout. So I said “let me hop on here real quick so I can find the motivation” lol. Needless to say…I’m tuning in at 7:30. First live in a while. Ya’ll coming too?
