This was a good class. I get so dizzy during the breathing part. I’m not sure why but I think I may need to slow it down at my own pace. But thanks again Jamila!!!

I haven’t done a power workout since I got a little surgery done to my finger but tonight I’m meeting Coach Jamila on the mat! The way I’m about be showing out this summer after being with QW for almost 2 years lol. 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

I had a little finger surgery done yesterday so I went really light and modify on this workout but was still able to burn a sweat. Thanks again Fabi!
