Happy Halloween! I hate haunted houses. I have too much anxiety for it now lol. And the playlist was 🔥. Couldn’t hardly concentrate in the beginning with the throwbacks! Thanks for another great class. 🫶🏾

I agree! There is a difference when your wearing sneakers. When I wear sneakers and go to the gym to complete a replay, I burn more calories. Idk…It could just be the gym too lol
