Starting this month, we’ve brought in more 30-minute formats while still keeping some 1-hour sessions available so every Queen can choose what fits her schedule best. Be sure to check the Latest Replay section in your app, most of the recent workouts are now 30 minutes and led by our amazing coaches Aimee, Chasity, Jamila, and Fabi. Just to clarify: anyone can join the Nutrition class live while it’s happening every Thursday at 7PM ET, but the replays are only available to Queens who are subscribed to the Nutrition Coaching membership separately for continued access afterward. Great question, Queen. No, it doesn’t matter at all. Whether you choose 30-minute or 1-hour workouts, both work perfectly with the 3-workout method. The most important thing is showing up consistently and choosing what fits best into your schedule and season of life. Some days a 30-minute session is exactly what you need, and other days you may have the time and energy for a full hour both count and both deliver results
