Hi Queen! We LOVE hearing that you’ve been on a roll! And yes, the bands have been bringing some serious heat lately! Here’s a little breakdown of how Streaks & Badges work so you know exactly how your progress is being counted:
✨ Streaks: Your streak is based on the days you actually watch a workout. Completing a 30-minute or 1-hour workout is highly recommended for tracking your workout activity.
🏆 Badges: Badges are earned based on consecutive active workout days, rather than simply the total number of classes you’ve completed. So, if you do multiple workouts in one day, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll receive multiple badge days.
📅 Break Days: You can set 1–2 break days in your Calendar to give yourself some flexibility without breaking your streak. Keep in mind that break days themselves do not count as active watch days toward badges.
A few important things that can affect your tracking:
• Videos watched offline won’t count toward your streak.• Chromecast/casting does not count toward streaks. The workout needs to be played directly through the QW mobile app or web browser.• Streaks & Badges aren't fully supported across all TV apps.
📺 TV App Support:
Roku (version 3.14+) — supported
Apple TV/tvOS (version 2.8.0+) — supported
Fire TV, Android TV & Samsung TV — not currently supported
If you're using Roku or Apple TV, workouts need to be added to your Calendar first in order for them to count toward your streak. For the most accurate tracking, we recommend watching directly through your QW mobile app or web browser. So if your badge is showing 7 even though you've completed many more workouts, it doesn't necessarily mean those workouts weren't completed it may simply be that they weren't counted as separate consecutive active days based on how they were watched. Keep that streak going, Queen! And keep those bands handy! 💪🏽

Hi Queen 👑Thank you for sharing this with us. It sounds like you’ve been putting in a lot of effort to take care of yourself, and those positive changes are absolutely worth recognizing. Remember, you don’t have to push through every day at the same pace. Listen to your body, give yourself grace, and take things one day at a time. Whether you make it to tonight’s workout or simply take the time you need to recover, showing up for yourself can look different each day. We’re proud to have you here, Queen. Keep taking those small steps and celebrating your progress along the way. ❤️👑
