Hi Queen 👑Thank you for sharing this with us. It sounds like you’ve been putting in a lot of effort to take care of yourself, and those positive changes are absolutely worth recognizing. Remember, you don’t have to push through every day at the same pace. Listen to your body, give yourself grace, and take things one day at a time. Whether you make it to tonight’s workout or simply take the time you need to recover, showing up for yourself can look different each day. We’re proud to have you here, Queen. Keep taking those small steps and celebrating your progress along the way. ❤️👑

Hi Queen! We LOVE hearing that you’ve been on a roll! And yes, the bands have been bringing some serious heat lately!  Here’s a little breakdown of how Streaks & Badges work so you know exactly how your progress is being counted:

Streaks: Your streak is based on the days you actually watch a workout. Completing a 30-minute or 1-hour workout is highly recommended for tracking your workout activity.

🏆 Badges: Badges are earned based on consecutive active workout days, rather than simply the total number of classes you’ve completed. So, if you do multiple workouts in one day, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll receive multiple badge days.

📅 Break Days: You can set 1–2 break days in your Calendar to give yourself some flexibility without breaking your streak. Keep in mind that break days themselves do not count as active watch days toward badges.

A few important things that can affect your tracking:

• Videos watched offline won’t count toward your streak.• Chromecast/casting does not count toward streaks. The workout needs to be played directly through the QW mobile app or web browser.• Streaks & Badges aren't fully supported across all TV apps.

📺 TV App Support:

Roku (version 3.14+) — supported

Apple TV/tvOS (version 2.8.0+) — supported

Fire TV, Android TV & Samsung TV — not currently supported

If you're using Roku or Apple TV, workouts need to be added to your Calendar first in order for them to count toward your streak. For the most accurate tracking, we recommend watching directly through your QW mobile app or web browser. So if your badge is showing 7 even though you've completed many more workouts, it doesn't necessarily mean those workouts weren't completed it may simply be that they weren't counted as separate consecutive active days based on how they were watched. Keep that streak going, Queen! And keep those bands handy! 💪🏽

🧠 Mindset Class Tonight at 9 PM with Coach Jennifer

“Can I Ever Trust Again?”

Queens, tonight we’re having a real conversation about trust, the patterns we carry from our past, and how childhood fears can continue shaping the way we show up today.

At some point, we have to ask ourselves: Am I willing to build trust with myself and create a different outcome?

Join Coach Jennifer tonight at 9 PM as we explore breaking old patterns, choosing a new way forward, and learning to trust ourselves again.

If you’re ready for a change, this conversation is for you. See you tonight, Queens. 👑

Welcome, Queen! 👑We’re so happy to have you here!

The Catalog/Browse section is not the only place to find workouts. The QW app has several ways to explore your content:

Latest Replay: Find the most recently completed LIVE workouts and watch them whenever it works for you.

Calendar: Check the LIVE workout schedule and select upcoming or previous dates to see what classes are available.

Browse/Catalog: Explore different workout categories, programs, and class styles at your own pace.

Welcome Video: If you’re new, we highly recommend watching the “Summer Shred” welcome video first. It walks you through the steps and helps you understand where everything is.

There’s plenty to explore beyond the main Browse section! 😊

If you’re still having trouble finding specific workouts or categories, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com, and our team will be happy to guide you. 👑💪

Hi Queen! 👑 We’re so excited to have you getting back into your workouts! We completely understand the confusion when you log into the TV app and don’t see your Favorites or Playlists the way you did before. Right now, the TV app is highlighting our Summer Shred content. As we continue evolving the platform, some older workout content has been removed to make room for new and fresh workouts based on what our Queens are asking for and enjoying most. We’re always working behind the scenes to keep the content exciting and relevant, and there will be more to come as Summer Shred wraps up! 💪🏽 Since you’re still seeing your Favorites and Playlists on your phone, this may also be related to how the TV app is displaying your account. Please email us at info@queenwarriors.com with the TV/device you’re using, and our team will be happy to look into it and help you get everything set up. 👑

Queen, thank you for being so open and honest with our community. 👑 You are absolutely not alone. You’re balancing work, motherhood, your family, church, Bible study, and so many daily responsibilities, so it’s understandable that finding consistent time and energy for yourself can feel difficult.

Try not to view your journey as an all-or-nothing commitment. Start small and focus on what is realistic for your current season. Even a short workout, a walk, drinking more water, or making one nourishing meal for yourself is still progress. You don’t have to change everything at once.

And please give yourself grace when you have an off day. Consistency is built by returning, not by being perfect. We’re glad you’re here, and we hope the QW community can be a place where you feel supported rather than pressured. 💕👑

If you need any assistance with your QW account or the app, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team will be happy to help.
