Hello Queen! Great question! If you don’t have access to a treadmill or bike, no worries at all, you can absolutely keep your workouts powerful from home. Some great alternatives include:

Marching or jogging in place 🏃‍♀️

High knees or jump ropes for added cardio

Step-ups using a sturdy chair, bench, or even your stairs

Dancing it out to your favorite playlist 🎶

The most important thing is to keep your body moving and your heart rate up. Choose what feels good and safe for you, and you’ll still get the full benefit. If you’d like more guidance, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Great question, Queen! For each workout - whether it’s a Live class or a replay you can always check the video description section. That’s where we list out the exact equipment being used by your coach, so you’ll know ahead of time what to have ready. If you don’t have a specific piece of equipment, no worries at all! You can always modify and use the best available alternative that works for you. The most important thing is that you keep moving and stay consistent. If you’d like more guidance or need personalized suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Thank you so much for sharing this, Queen! 💖 We love your energy and commitment you crushed it! The LYC – Power Challenge workouts are designed so you can absolutely complete them from home, even if you don’t have access to gym equipment like a bench. For moves that use a bench, a sturdy chair, ottoman, or even the edge of a couch can work as an alternative. If that’s not available, you can also modify by performing the movement on the floor to keep the focus on form and control. We truly value your feedback, and incorporating more at-home demonstrations is something we’re keeping in mind for the future. Keep showing up you’re doing amazing! If you’d like more personalized guidance on modifications, please feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com

Hello Queen! That’s a really thoughtful question. You’re right some premade shakes can contain added sugars, fillers, or ingredients that aren’t ideal if consumed in large amounts over time. Protein powders, on the other hand, can be a great option when chosen carefully. Look for ones with minimal ingredients, higher protein per serving, and lower added sugars. They can be a convenient way to help you hit your protein goals, especially during a busy day. That said, whole food sources of protein (like lean meats, fish, eggs, beans, and lentils) are always the foundation powders and shakes are best thought of as supplements, not replacements. If you’d like more tailored recommendations or support, please feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com

Great question, Queen! For moves like the Arnold press and lateral raises, it’s totally normal to need different weights since they work the muscles in very different ways. Many people go heavier on presses and lighter on raises because raises target smaller, more isolated muscles. That said, always listen to your body first choose a weight that challenges you while still allowing you to maintain good form. It’s not about lifting the heaviest possible, it’s about staying consistent and building strength safely. If you’d like more personalized guidance on how to adjust weights throughout the challenge, feel free to email us at info@queenwarriors.com
