Hey Queen! Thank you for bringing this up, we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you’re ready to get your workout in. When streaming through smart TVs, this type of issue is often related to device performance, connection stability, or cached data rather than the workout itself. A few quick things you can try:

• Restart your TV (unplug for 1–2 minutes, then plug back in)

• Check your Wi-Fi connection strength

• Make sure your TV’s software is fully updated

• Log out and back into the app or reinstall it if possible

These steps usually help refresh the connection and clear any temporary glitches. If the issue continues, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com with your TV type and details of the error. We’ll be happy to look into it further for you 👑✨

Hi Queen! 👑No worries at all, we’ve got you! Inside the Love Yourself Challenge – Renewed Edition, each week is already structured for you, so you don’t have to guess.

For each week, you’ll complete 4 workouts total:

âś” 1 Upper Body

âś” 1 Lower Body

âś” 2 HIIT workouts

You can follow them in order throughout the week (for example: 1 workout per day, 4 days a week), and take rest days in between as needed. Just start with Week 1 and go in order  everything is laid out for you step by step You’re doing amazing already by starting, Queen!
