And that's exactly what you're doing. You've already completed two workouts, and that's two more than the version of you who almost talked herself out of starting. Welcome, Queen! 💖 We're so excited to have you here! The beautiful thing about Queen Warriors is that it was created for busy women and moms who want to work out from home without needing a lot of equipment. Many of our workouts include modifications and alternatives, so you can absolutely get started with little to no equipment. A workout mat and resistance bands are great starting points. If you'd like to add a pair of light dumbbells later, that's a bonus, but don't feel like you need everything right away. Our biggest advice? Don't wait until you have the "perfect setup." Start with what you have, show up consistently, and build from there. 💪☀️
