Hi Queen! 👑 Great question, and no, your workouts do not have to be LIVE to count. Here’s how the streaks and badges work:
A streak counts when you watch a workout on a given day, recommended 30mins to full hour.
Badges are based on consecutive active days, not simply the total number of workouts completed.
You can set 1–2 break days in your Calendar to give yourself flexibility without breaking your streak.
Only actual watch days count toward badges. Offline videos and Chromecast/casting do not count.
For the most accurate tracking, we recommend watching directly through the QW mobile app or web browser.
TV App Notes: Streaks and badges aren’t fully supported on all TV apps. They’re supported on Roku (v3.14+) and Apple TV (v2.8.0+). They’re not currently supported on Fire TV, Android TV, or Samsung TV. On Roku or Apple TV, workouts must be added to your Calendar first to count. So if you’ve completed 7+ workouts but they weren’t on 7 consecutive active days or you watched through a method that doesn’t track your 7-day badge may not have triggered.
