Hey Queen! 👑 You’re not imagining it! With the brand-new changes from Summer Shred to Fall Sculpt, some of the older videos were removed to make room for newer, fresh content. We completely understand that this may not have been what you expected, especially if you had favorite classes you enjoyed. 💕 We’re always working to bring fresh content to the platform while also listening to what the majority of our Queens are asking for. We do currently have Barre classes available on the platform, and you can find them all here: QW Barre Classes 👑

Hey Queen! 👑 Here’s some further info on how Streaks & Badges work:

Your streak is based on watching a workout on consecutive days, not simply joining the chat or completing a certain number of workouts. Replays count too, so you can absolutely use them around your schedule.

Since you’re watching through Roku, one important thing is that Roku needs to be on a supported app version for streaks and badges to track correctly. Also, on Roku, the workout needs to be added to your Calendar first for the activity to count toward your streak.

For your off days, you don’t need to add an extra workout just to maintain a streak. You can use the 1–2 break days available in the Calendar when you need them. A stretch or other activity is always a great way to keep moving, but it won’t automatically count as a QW workout day unless it is a trackable QW workout.

If your Roku workouts aren’t appearing in your activity, or you’re unsure whether everything is tracking correctly, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team will be happy to help! 👑

Hey Queen! 👑 We hear you! If your watch died during the workout, that could explain why your activity wasn’t fully tracked. The good news is that streaks are based on active workout days, not the number of workouts you complete.

Here’s how it works:

Watch a workout each day to keep your streak going.

Replays count toward your streak just like LIVE workouts.

Your badges are earned through consecutive active days, so it’s about consistency rather than how many workouts you do.

You can also use 1–2 break days in the Calendar when you know you’ll need a day off.

For the most accurate tracking, we recommend watching through the QW app or web browser. Certain TV/casting or offline viewing methods may not register activity correctly.

Since you continued working out after your watch died, we definitely understand why you’re wondering about the reset. If you believe the workout should have counted but your streak still reset, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team can take a look. 👑

Hi Queen! 💕 Thanks for reaching out! For the workouts not showing in your app, this can depend on the account and how it’s set up across your devices, As for off days, incorporating a light stretch or gentle mobility session can be a great way to stay active while still giving your body time to recover. If you need further assistance with the app or have any other questions, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team will be happy to help!
