We’re so excited that you’re ready to get started! 💕 We’re sorry to hear about the tendonitis in your left foot, and completely understand how that can delay your start. Since you work from home from 2–10:30 PM, you may find it helpful to schedule your workout before work or earlier in the day when your energy is typically higher, and even starting with a shorter session can help you build a routine. Most importantly, listen to your body and give your foot the time it needs to recover before jumping into anything that may aggravate it. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team will be happy to help!

Hey Queen! 👑 Badges are based on consecutive active days, not the total number of classes you’ve completed. So if you’ve completed more than 15 workouts but had breaks between your workout days, that won’t necessarily move you to the next badge.

A few things to keep in mind:

LIVE workouts and replays count toward your activity.

Your streak/badges are based on active workout days, not the number of workouts completed in one day.

You can use the Calendar to plan your workouts and set 1–2 break days when needed.

For the most accurate tracking, use the QW app or web browser.

Some TV/casting methods may not track activity the same way.

If your badge still doesn’t look right based on your consecutive active days, email us at info@queenwarriors.com and our team can take a closer look at your account. 👑
