Hey Queen, welcome back! We’re so happy to have you here again. For the month of November, we shifted into POWER Month, which is why you’ve been seeing all Power-focused workouts instead of the usual HIIT format. Each class is structured with 30 minutes of upper-body power followed by 30 minutes of lower-body work targeting the glutes. When it comes to tightening loose skin, results can vary from person to person. Strength training, movement, and consistency can all play a supportive role, but it’s important to know that there isn’t a single workout or video that can guarantee tightening in a specific area. Stretching and mobility are so important, and we understand how helpful fresh routines can be, especially when dealing with ongoing lower-back discomfort. Your suggestion is truly valued. As for AM classes, at the moment we only offer 10AM classes on Fridays, but please know that we genuinely listen to the needs and requests of our Queens. While our live classes are now 1 hour, they’re still structured in two focused sections, which can include upper body, lower body, glutes, and even core. We also make sure to label each replay with clear timestamps so you always know exactly what’s being trained. We absolutely understand the desire for more variety, and we want you to know that your suggestions are seen and valued. Not every request can be implemented right away, but we truly take each one into consideration. In fact, the Queen Warrior 3 Method was created because it was one of the most requested changes from the community. We always listen to what our Queens want the most. Happy Thanksgiving, Beautiful Queens 🧡

On behalf of the entire Queen Warriors Team, we want to wish you a peaceful, joy-filled, and truly meaningful Thanksgiving.

Today, we celebrate you your strength, your dedication, your resilience, and the love you bring to this community every single day. We are deeply grateful for each Queen who shows up, lifts others up, and embodies the spirit of a true Queen Warrior.

As we honor this holiday, today and tomorrow we’ll be taking time to rest and celebrate with our families. Because of this, there will be no live classes during these two days. We hope you’re able to embrace this time as well to breathe, recharge, and enjoy moments filled with warmth and connection.

We’ll be back on Monday, refreshed and ready to rock that mat together as always.
