They actually remained available for quite some time after the challenge concluded to give Queens extra time to revisit the workouts. Hi Queen! 💖 Great question! Summer Shred workouts are a combination of strength training and cardio, and some workouts do include HIIT-style intervals to help elevate your heart rate. The best part is that Coach Fabi provides low-impact modifications, making the workouts beginner-friendly and suitable for different fitness levels. So while not every workout is purely HIIT, you can expect a balanced mix designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and support your overall fitness goals. And worry not, Queen, if you're craving more traditional HIIT workouts, your HIIT replays are still available in the QW App! Simply use the search bar to look up "HIIT" and you'll be able to access those workouts anytime. 💕

Hi Queen! We're sorry you're experiencing this, and we understand how frustrating it can be especially after you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

A few things you can try:

• Make sure your device's operating system is up to date

• Check that you're using the latest version of the QW app

• Try restarting your device completely before opening the app again

• If possible, test the app using a different internet connection (Wi-Fi vs. cellular data)

Summer Shred can absolutely work alongside your gym membership. Since the challenge is built around 3 workouts per week, many Queens use those as their foundation and then add in gym sessions based on how they're feeling and what their healthcare provider has cleared them to do. Because you're still in your post-op recovery period, our biggest recommendation is to listen to your body and follow your doctor's guidance regarding exercise intensity and restrictions. The goal isn't to do everything, it's to stay consistent in a way that supports your healing and long-term success.
