Jennifer Batistaย Hi Queen! ๐ First, welcome to Queen Warriorsโwe're so excited to have you here! And congratulations on being 3 months post-op. Summer Shred can absolutely work alongside your gym membership. Since the challenge is built around 3 workouts per week, many Queens use those as their foundation and then add in gym sessions based on how they're feeling and what their healthcare provider has cleared them to do. Because you're still in your post-op recovery period, our biggest recommendation is to listen to your body and follow your doctor's guidance regarding exercise intensity and restrictions. The goal isn't to do everything, it's to stay consistent in a way that supports your healing and long-term success.
