Hi Queen! š Sitting for long periods can definitely make your legs feel stiff or swollen. It may help to stand up and move around for a few minutes every hour, do some simple ankle pumps or calf raises at your desk, stay well hydrated, and, if appropriate for you, consider compression socks if your healthcare provider has recommended them.
Since swelling can have different causes, especially if it keeps happening or seems to be getting worse, we'd also encourage you to check in with your healthcare provider so they can make sure everything is okay. In the meantime, keep up those walks during your breaks and continue listening to your body. Wishing you the very best, Queen! š

We absolutely love this, Queen! š Your growth goes far beyond the physical, and it truly shows in your mindset. Learning to trust your body and recognizing that rest is just as important as the workouts is a huge win. That's the kind of balance that leads to long-term success. Keep celebrating every step of your journey and showing up one workout at a time. We're so proud of your consistency and can't wait to keep watching you grow stronger, more confident, and closer to your goals. Keep shining, Queen! š
