Yes, it absolutely works - with commitment and consistency. QW has helped thousands of women build curves, grow their glutes, and transform their bodies and confidence. Since your goal is to maintain weight and recomp (hello booty + hips for Punta Cana🌴), focus on strength and booty-based classes 3–5x a week and challenge your weights over time. Hi Queen, Great question and we’ve got you! We definitely still have plenty of 30-minute full body workouts in the app. Sometimes they just need a little filtering to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Here’s the easiest way to locate them:

Open your QW App

Tap the magnifying glass (Search icon)

This will take you to the Advanced Search screen

Adjust the Duration filter to 30 minutes

You can also customize by:

Coach (Author)

Equipment

Targeted body area (select Full Body if preferred)

This will narrow everything down and show you all available 30-minute options that fit your preferences. If you’re still having trouble finding what you need, please email us at info@queenwarriors.com and we’ll be happy to guide you further.

Hi Queen We love hearing how much you enjoyed Pilates with Coach Sherell, that class definitely made an impact! Pilates with Coach Sherell was part of a previous season of Queen Warriors programming. At this time, that specific format isn’t on the current live schedule, as we continue rotating class styles based on coach availability and what the community is collectively asking for. We’re always evolving and introducing both familiar favorites and fresh formats, so we encourage you to keep an eye on the Calendar and Replay sections in the app as new classes continue to roll out. Hi Queen, you are NOT technically challenged, you’re just learning something new 👑✨ We’ve all been there!

Here are the easiest ways to stream your workouts from your phone to your TV:

If you have a Smart TV:

Make sure your TV and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi.

Open the QW workout on your phone.

Tap the screen mirroring / cast icon (usually looks like a little TV).

Select your TV from the list.

It should connect within seconds.

If you have an iPhone + Apple TV:

Swipe down from the top right of your phone.

Tap Screen Mirroring.

Select your Apple TV.

If you have a Chromecast:

Tap the cast icon inside the video player.

Choose your Chromecast device.

If your TV isn’t smart, you can also use an HDMI adapter that plugs directly from your phone to the TV.
