Hi Queen! 👑No worries at all, we’ve got you! Inside the Love Yourself Challenge – Renewed Edition, each week is already structured for you, so you don’t have to guess.
For each week, you’ll complete 4 workouts total:
✔ 1 Upper Body
✔ 1 Lower Body
✔ 2 HIIT workouts
You can follow them in order throughout the week (for example: 1 workout per day, 4 days a week), and take rest days in between as needed. Just start with Week 1 and go in order everything is laid out for you step by step You’re doing amazing already by starting, Queen!
