Hi Queen, we hear you! Those Pilates classes were definitely a favorite for many! At the moment, Pilates isn’t part of the current live schedule, as we continue to rotate and evolve class formats based on what the community is asking for. That said, we’re always exploring new ways to bring fresh and loved styles back into the mix. In the meantime, you can still find some Pilates sessions in the Replay section to enjoy anytime. Hi Queen 💛We totally understand the confusion and thank you for reaching out!

The section you’re seeing is the Daily Schedule, which is just a quick preview/graphic of the workouts for the day. That’s why it only opens a short clip and doesn’t take you into the live class.

To join the live workout, please do this:

Open your QW App

Tap on “Calendar” at the bottom

Select today’s date

From there, you’ll see the live class and can join directly

You can also tap “Remind Me” for upcoming classes so you don’t miss them 👌✨

We truly appreciate you sharing this feedback. The QW schedule and content are always continuously evolving, and we’re always listening closely to what our Queens are enjoying and asking for, especially when it comes to recovery, stretching, and those motivational moments that help reset the mind and body. Hi Queen! We totally get that, there’s definitely a different energy when you catch a live session, and we love that you enjoy that early workout vibe. At the moment, morning live classes are not currently part of the schedule, and the evening sessions have remained in place based on the great response and feedback from many of our Queens. We always do our best to listen to what the community is asking for and shape the schedule around what works best overall. The good news is that every live class is posted as a replay within minutes after it ends, so if mornings work best for you, you can still enjoy the latest workout first thing when you wake up and keep that same momentum going. Yes, you can absolutely watch missed workouts as replays once the live session has ended. The easiest way to find them is by going to the “Latest Replay” section on your app’s home page. Just open the app and scroll down a bit, and you’ll see the most recent classes available to watch anytime.

Also, to make getting started even easier, we highly recommend watching the “Start Here” video in the app. It walks you through how everything works:

Hi Queen! Great question and no worries at all if you started a little late. The Love Yourself Challenge – Renewed Edition officially runs for 6 weeks from the March 23 start date, but we always want the best for our Queens. Because of that, the workouts will remain available for extra time after the official challenge ends so anyone who joined late or needs a little more time can still finish strong. Hello Queen! Sweet cravings around that time are so real! You’re definitely not alone. A few healthier go-to options many Queens love are Greek yogurt with berries and a drizzle of honey, dark chocolate with strawberries or banana slices, protein brownies or mug cakes, and even apple slices with peanut butter to help take the edge off while still feeling satisfying.
