Hey Queen! Great question! For Power workouts on your Apple Watch, we recommend using the "High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)" or "Functional Strength Training" mode. These modes are best suited to capture the variety of movements, strength, and cardio bursts involved in Power workouts, giving you a more accurate calorie burn and heart rate reading.

And if you need further support, feel free to reach out anytime at info@queenwarriors.com.

Great question, Queen! When Fabi mentions aiming to burn 300 to 400 calories per workout, she's referring to active calories, the ones burned specifically through movement and exercise, not your total calories which include your resting metabolic rate. Tracking active calories helps give a more accurate picture of how much you're actually burning during your workouts. If you're using a fitness tracker like an Apple Watch or Fitbit, be sure it's set to display active calories to stay aligned with the program's goals. If you have any other questions or need help with anything, feel free to reach out to us at info@queenwarriors.com.

Hello Queen! Thanks so much for your question. The purpose of the daily slides you’re referring to is simply to give all our Queens a quick preview of the current week’s live workout schedule. Think of it like a visual snapshot to help you stay ahead and know what’s coming  but this section doesn’t allow you to interact with or save anything. If you’d like to save classes, set reminders, or get more detail, the best place to go is the "Calendar" section of your QW app. Just tap on the date you’re interested in, and a list of classes will appear. When you select a class, scroll down below the video description and you’ll see several options to add it to your reminders or calendar. And if you need any additional help, feel free to send us an email at info@queenwarriors.com
