Right now, since the badges feature is still in its Beta phase, it’s only available when you complete your workouts using the QW app on a mobile device (iOS or Android). So if you’re watching from your TV, the system isn’t able to track the workout for badge rewards just yet. We totally understand how this can be a bit frustrating, but we’re working hard behind the scenes to improve and expand this feature for all devices in the future! Although the notifications are designed to go out right on time before each live class, we’ve noticed that for some users, they’ve been going out with a slight delay, just like you mentioned. This definitely isn’t how it’s intended to work.
