My pics did not upload on my last post. Friday work 💪

Happy Friday!!! My heart is still pumping, sweat just stopped dripping. I feel GREAT!!! Early morning two mile work and completed Full Body Sculpt workout. I'm doing things I did not think I would ever get to the point of doing and one of them is showing up for myself. Queens keep showing up and out. You all are doing great. Have a good weekend ♥️

What use to be my most hated day of the week, has become my best day. I love my Monday nights with Fabi and the Queens. Queen Nicole you got this, keep pushing through. Whatever you can give still brings results 💪

Workout out in between work today. Happy Friday! Great workout to end the week. Fabi made a good point with slowing down and not rushing. I have to get better with that period and especially with working out. My goal is to take my time and get more familiar with the workouts to help me build endurance and better form. I am starting to love Monday nights. Workout was a burner. Motivation was on 💯 and Affirmations had my confidence on high. Let's go Queens. I'm so proud of you ladies. Its not easy, but we are doing it and looking good 😊
