Hey Queens! I finally bounced back and got my workout in. Last week the time change had me stuck. I could not get it together to get out the bed. It was a struggle this morning but I got up and completed a workout. And as always the motivation was on point. I can't wait to start the LYC renewed challenge on Monday!!!

Coach Jamila You are hilarious. I enjoyed the workout and your humor. Especially when you said I will take you places but not to dinner. I hollered 😂. Thank you for talking about body dysmorphia. I was feeling defeated when I weighed myself this morning. You talking about it helped me to regain my focus and keep going. A Love you are an amazing queen. I loved how you made sure coach hydrated too. I truly love QW. Every workout I feel refreshed, motivated and not alone. You all are appreciated ♥️
