I was late. But still got a good sweat in. I'm learning to slow down and learn the exercise instead of trying to keep up with Fabi and do it all wrong. I struggle with getting thr bands on and off 😂. Great work ladies 👏

Happy Friday!!! My heart is still pumping, sweat just stopped dripping. I feel GREAT!!! Early morning two mile work and completed Full Body Sculpt workout. I'm doing things I did not think I would ever get to the point of doing and one of them is showing up for myself. Queens keep showing up and out. You all are doing great. Have a good weekend ♥️
