Hey yall! I’ve been following Fabiana for years! I finally took advantage of the $14 deal and also added the abs! I went from 202 to 159. I have 4 kids, 3 of those births were c section and I have stubborn fat and def a hanging fupa/apron belly! I do well tracking my macros and I’ve been gaining muscle and having progress on going up on my weights. My goal is to finally lose this belly fat and continue to grow mt lower body, it’s what drew me to this app! I already pay for the gym and enjoy going as well. I’m ok splitting my time. Any suggestions on which 3 workouts I can consistently do here so I can see the progress and make sure I want to continue with this subscription! Any help is greatly appreciated!!
