Happy Soulful Sunday ladies! I debated on even working out today because I’m so sore from all the booty workouts yesterday! But then remembered… it’s the first of a new month. A new month to make myself better and really challenge myself.. so what did I do? An hour of barre, power workout and an Aimee workout.. challenged accepted! It’s a full body type of day:
Full Body Workouts:
2/26/24 Power Full Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
8/12/24 Power Full Body w/Aimee Johnson ( had my ankle weights on the entire class 🔥)
8/15/24 Advanced Full Hour Barre Full Body w/Yvona Gonzalez

Feeling sore but great! I just started barre last week and keep telling myself I’m not a punk and can do it😂😂 no regrets here!
Keep pushing ladies, we got this! Have a wonderful day 🫶

Happy weekend Queens! My sleep has been so off lately, but the working out is a must! Today was all about the 🍑

Was I crazy by doing two of her barre videos? Yes! Did I feel the pain and love it? Yes🫣 Barre is my new favorite obsession because it’s really challenging me and pushing me out of my comfort zone💗
