Came back today.. had ankle weights on for the full workout, threw a band on and upped my weights each round. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Came back and i can confirm the 🍑 is on 🔥

Replay today. I wanted to kick it up a notch so I made each circuit into 4 rounds each, every 20 second exercise I did for the full 40. 💕

replay again right after doing barre from 5/15/23 and my cheeks are burning.. the way i had to crawl onto my mat after single leg hip thrusts🥵

Replay today but remixed it with lateral steps with a jump squat, two squat pulses then leg raise, banded iso leg thrust and banded donkey kick pulses. made this into 4 rounds with round 3 and 4 being 40 seconds each.. the sweat is real
