Good morning ladies! Happy booty building Thursday! Woke up tired and with a headache but since I took yesterday as a fake rest day (after an hour of barre, grief hit and I didn’t feel like do anything else) I knew I had to get to it today.

Finished my workouts and was smiling. New month, hitting my goals and really trying new things.
As I’m cleaning up I Walked past the mirror and noticed my 🍑 and smiled even harder 😂😂still working on it but so happy with where I’m at right in this moment . Celebrating the small 🍑wins 🫶

Happy Self Care Sunday ladies! For self care I:

  • Slept in (9am😂)and watched a tv show in bed
  • Did a Hot Oil Hair Mask
  • Cleaned and Mopped my House
  • Danced to old school music while cleaning💕


It was everything 🥰 can’t forget about my favorite self care practice.. working out! It was a full body day :

Happy Saturday Queens! Hope the day has been treating you right! With no sleep, and life happening, all I wanted to do was lay in bed. But there’s a part of me that is so engrained in working out, that I just had to get up and do it. Focused on 🍑 today and did:

I had to remind myself to keep going no matter how long it takes to get done.

Happy Thursday Queens! I took yesterday as a real rest day and didn’t do anything! It was hard but so glad I did it. Today was all about the booty and I got to:

Gooood afternoon ladies! Hope your day has been smooth!
For the month of September, my goal is to add HIIT classes in my workout flow while continuing with Barre and Power. Today’s workout focus was upper body and I got to:

11/7/23 Power Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
4/23/24 Barre Full Hour Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
8/27/24 HIIT Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
Fab 10 minute abs week 2 day 1

Doing HIIT after an hour of barre today was insane but I love the feeling of pushing past what I am comfortable with. I hope you Queens take the time to recharge today and have a blessed evening 🫶☀️

Happy Soulful Sunday ladies! I debated on even working out today because I’m so sore from all the booty workouts yesterday! But then remembered… it’s the first of a new month. A new month to make myself better and really challenge myself.. so what did I do? An hour of barre, power workout and an Aimee workout.. challenged accepted! It’s a full body type of day:

8/12/24 Power Full Body w/Aimee Johnson ( had my ankle weights on the entire class 🔥)
8/15/24 Advanced Full Hour Barre Full Body w/Yvona Gonzalez

Feeling sore but great! I just started barre last week and keep telling myself I’m not a punk and can do it😂😂 no regrets here!
