For the month of September, my goal is to add HIIT classes in my workout flow while continuing with Barre and Power. Today’s workout focus was upper body and I got to:
11/7/23 Power Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
4/23/24 Barre Full Hour Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
8/27/24 HIIT Upper Body w/Yvona Gonzalez
Fab 10 minute abs week 2 day 1
Doing HIIT after an hour of barre today was insane but I love the feeling of pushing past what I am comfortable with. I hope you Queens take the time to recharge today and have a blessed evening 🫶☀️
