I need to just celebrate for a moment and say I have lost 6lbs since being consistent since 3/25/24β¦ and lost over 3.5β in total!!! ππ
Iβm so proud of myself!! I have been so depressed and this is what I needed, that extra push to get me back where I need to be! I love being a Queen Warrior! π
Hey queens, again congratulations on completing week 1. Thatβs major win! Its important that you celebrate these moments and remind yourself that just 6 days ago, you probably were not exercising as consistent .. or you didnβt have the awareness that you do nowβ¦. Remember that Rome was not built in one day. Have grace on yourself, challenge yourself to go harder because you are MORE THAN CAPABLE , speak life into your everyday, and most importantly look at yourself in the mirror and know you are becoming the best version of you β¦.and sis this is just beginning.
Real quick.. please rest. Rest is crucial to the growth. The magic happens when you are resting. Yes week 2 has been uploaded but worry about it Monday. Eat healthy, sleep good, drink your water,and give your body the rest it needs to tackle Monday full force.

Is anyone else struggling with what seems like a caffeine/ sugar withdrawal. I love my coffee light (half n half) and sweet but since Monday I have not had any. The cravings and sluggishness are bad today. Maybe a nap will help π©
