Yes I am currently at a 1700 cal to 1500 cal I do count everything I eat , I been doing this all my 30s and was a gym rat always in shape now it’s like my body is working against me I have checked my hormones doctor says all normal so I just wanted to know if any 44 year old are experiencing this ..

Currently 44 and struggling with this weightloss , currently carb cycling in a caloric deficit and doing 4 workouts a week, but for some reason my scale keeps going up !! Any ladies 44 losing weight ? Give me hope please !! FYI I do have a stressful life ! But all manages to get done !

To my ladies with straight hair , during the workout I tie my hair in a tight bun and put on a Nike sweat band , when I finish my work out I don’t take off the style until 2 hours past , then if I notice I am still sweaty I use this makeup thing that feels like a towel to collect the excess sweat !! Then just past the revlon brush and flat iron to re style !!
