Just dropping by to encourage you and tell you that you are doing a phenomenal job. The trenches of the postpartum stage is no joke - but you are a BOSS mama. It can be so easy to look back at pictures of you body before baby and to mourn that girl. But I promise you, you are about to unlock the BEST version of yourself. As you continue to show up, not only will your body become stronger, but you will also discover how strong you are as a woman overall.
