TONIGHT, we’re ending Friday Jr with big Queen Warrior energy.

- At 7:30pm we have POWER CORE! 30 minutes of straight core (you know how much we love rebuilding the deep core muscles from the inside out).

- 8:00pm - we’re finishing off with 30 minutes of full body strength!
