MONDAY MADNESS!

You know we HAVE to start off the week like a true Queen Warrior! See you at 7:30pm for a 30 minutes of HIIT (no equipment needed), followed by a 30 minute Booty Blaster Session. Now, I don’t have a costume for you today - but there may be a few tricks up my sleeve! 😏
