HEY QUEEN!

First and foremost, giving birth is not an excuse at all!!! The things our body goes through during pregnancy, delivery and postpartum is not something that should ever be taken lightly!! You are amazing for continuing your health journey. You are so strong and powerful love. There is a light shining on the inside of you - don’t ever dim it for anyone. It could be the very light that inspires another Queen to shine.
