Of course the first recommendation would be to consult with you OB-GYN to ensure that you’ve been cleared for movement. Light walks & stretching are what I’d personally recommend for this stage. (There’s actually stretch classes right here on the app).
As long as your body is ready for it, there are classes for all levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Maybe try a beginner class and see how it goes for you 🤍
