Hey girl! Thank you so much Queen!
This is a topic I can talk about all day - but Iβll keep it as short as I can lol.
Do not underestimate the power of doing simple core workouts like the ones we did in this session. Deep breathing, concentrated movements make a huge difference with strengthening and lifting the core. Be cautions with lifting weight, while itβs encouraged, going too heavy before your core is restructured and restrengthened will cause more harm than good.
Please please avoid exercises like crunches, standard planks and flutter kicks. We want the core & and ab muscles to come together before we build those ab muscles.
C-Sections are no joke, please donβt underestimate the trauma your mid-section has endured. Rebuilding is a process (at times it may seem like a long one) but it gets better.
Try to be consistent with completing core rehab exercises at least 3x a week. If you have access to the postpartum core program, this would be great to integrate into your routine.
