Thank you so much. It looks like I did need to upgrade my app after all. And it also looks like I was looking in the wrong sections for workout options . I appreciate your help and support . thank you 😊

Hi. I uninstalled and reinstalled my app and I can see more classes in the glutes section. However, in the lower body section, only classes from January appear . Are you seeing newer classes in your app?

Is there an upgrade that I’m missing or something ? Because it sure feels like it . Suddenly, I only have access to classes from back in January ? Where are all the coaches ( Yvanna) and Barre / Power classes ? I understand that the only constant thing in life is change, but I’m not able to maintain a proper momentum for my fitness growth goals on this new course schedule / selection. This has been an amazing and empowering community for me. It helped me get back into working out. But now, I can’t help but feel lost and as a result a bit discouraged with these changes . The app isn’t as easy to navigate and find the proper coarse anymore because workouts appear to be misfiled. I find arm workouts under lower body section and vice versa. Any help claifying this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I wish there was more explanation on how to do the single leg workouts because just visuals are not helping with proper posture . Thanks
