Made me a quick and easy meal with cut up chicken breast onions, shredded carrots, brussels sprouts cut up with some evoo honey garlic and lemon sauce that has all the seasonings in it so I keep a jar made in my fridge all the time I use it for my seafood chicken whatever you want to put it on it goes on everything and so so good. with a little bit of lemon and that’s all I put on it and it came out so good. I put it in one of those tortillas that you cook on the stove they come raw and when I tell you, this is so good oh my God. Has my veggies and my protein in it so it’s a one skillet meal for me also had my premier protein shake today and my gallon of water.

Krysteena Terrell it’s really really good and quick and easy. I did use a food scale I got off of TikTok to get the exact measurements for the ingredients like the butter and chicken just so I didn’t use more butter than the recipe required. You should really try it because it was so bomb my kids pet much finished my whole skillet lol so no leftovers for me but I’ll be making again it’s really that good.

ONE POT LEMON CHICKEN WITH CAPERS!!!! From the recipes we were given and it came out so so so good omg Y’all gotta try this. I make me some Broccolini and a little rice to go with it. This plate will feed me dinner and lunch tomorrow.

It was good and not heavy like regular pancakes normally be.
