Does the band resistance weight matter? I know you can get different weight resistance so thought I would check

Thank you. Because I seen she does 2 different classes so I thought we were supposed to be doing both and thought that’s what she meant by that.

Can someone tell me what Raven means when she say my round 1s or round 2s? It’s just the one workout a day right? Or am I missing something please help me out wanna make sure I’m getting it in the right way.

Thank you. I’ve been loving the Greek plain yogurt non fat with granola and a lil bit of honey or fruit but I know I can’t eat that all the time. I’ve been eating oats also but in going to do the overnight oats thanks for reminding me of those because they are good.
