Made me a quesadilla today and just threw some ingredients in the skillet and made it up as I cooked. Made it with whole wheat tortillas, ground turkey, black beans, spinach, and brown rice with a little bit of shredded sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese just for a little added flavor and to make everything melt together not a lot and cooked it in a lil country crock plant butter with Olive Oil if you have not had this butter you need to try it fast because it is so good and OMG it was so good and juicy lol I call it my healthy quesadilla my whole family demolished it so I don’t even have any leftovers for tomorrow, but it was so quick and easy to make I think I’ll be making it again tomorrow. Oh and it’s not burnt it’s crisp just the way I like it lol but again it was so bomb all my kids and grandkids came back for seconds.
