I was going to change my clothes because I was feeling uncomfortable, fat, and bloated. But I changed my mind. I told myslef to embrace all of me and I look forward to seeing how far I will go in my health journey. This will be the before picture.

I choose to play with the beast on my lunch break. Today I refused to not get a workout in because I could not get out the bed this morning. I need to release the back to work mess and Fabi definitely did that. Have a good day loves ❤️
