Happy Sunday Queens! I hope the weekend has been good to you 💕 Focused on full body today and despite having an allergic reaction to something and taking Benadryl , I still managed to get to it!

Both workouts were amazing but I really enjoyed Yvona and Aimee’s mash up! It’s added to my favorites🫶

Hey queen! Meals can be challenging in the beginning. If you can try to prep your meals ahead of time. I’ve also found a food scale to be helpful so I know how much I’m intaking.. you can do it, keep going!👍🫶
