So while working out I struggle with being comfortable in my lunges and I can’t do a push up yet , with that being said if I cannot do a complete push up am I still getting something out of it when I do them even if I can’t go all the way down same with my lunges lol I almost fall over trying to do those but when I go down as far as I can I feel like I’m not going down enough ? Any suggestions

I’m going threw the same I think we just got try to do as much of a work out as we can even if it’s only 15 minutes an if you are eating more then normal just try to incorporate more healthy option kind of like the 80 / /20 rule
