Hey Queen! I have found a waist trainer to be helpful to cinch the waist in and lose some inches. It also helps me sweat more while working out so I feel like Iโ€™m burning more calories lol

Happy build a booty Tuesday! Day 2 of my period is in full effect and I was exhausted today. I spent the day with my niece and walked ALOT but before spending time with her, I managed to do:
Fab 10 minute booty blaster glute activation
Fab 10 minute booty blaster week 4 day 4

Morning! I add workouts to my calendar to keep me accountable and you can mark that you completed them as well. I also have playlists broken down into areas of videos I loved that burned calories and kicked my ass. On my app watch, I downloaded the QW app and when I start a workout on my phone, I hit start on my watch and it tracks heart rate, calories and time. Hope this helps!
