Left: September 22nd 2023 • 184.0 lbs (starting weight)
Right: November 27th 2023 • 163.4 lbs (20.6 lbs lost)
Note:
Weight lost achieved through QW recipes only.
QW exercise not yet implemented for these results.
By the 3rd month I reached my goal of 30.0 lbs lost.

What I ate to achieve these results:
Breakfast • Overnight Oats
Lunch • Hummas Egg Wrap
Dinner • Chicken Thighs with Jasmine Rice (one pot dish)
Snack • Grapes
Drink • Water Only
Note: One ‘rest’ meal, not an entire ‘rest’ day, once a week. Posting because I want you to win. Also, thank you Fabi. 💕

Hello Queens! This is one of the three pictures I submitted for the LYC Spring challenge. My goal is to remove those back rolls, lift the glutes and flatten the stomach. I got two months before my baecation to Puerto Rico June 24th! Hard work but we got this! 💪🏽
