My win for the week is making sure I still show up for myself no matter what else is going on in my life.

This week coming up I'm focusing on my water intake. I fall off on that sometimes and I am working on hitting my daily intake of water for a week straight. Especially because I work in a salon on weekends and it can be super hard to get my water in while I'm at work, so I definitely need to make sure I'm well hydrated Mon through Fri.

I'm celebrating by preparing myself for the week ahead. Getting meals and other things in order that will help me stay consistent.

I noticed I received some for hitting so many days in the Queen Warriors app. For example, I hit a week straight in the app and it has a little badge with the number 7. I literally just noticed it yesterday. 🤭

I definitely needed to see this! This week has definitely been a challenge for me but tomorrow, Thursday and Friday I am getting it in no matter what. 🙌🏽

Take it one day at a time! Grief can be a very hard emotion to navigate. We never know when or how it will hit us, how long it will last or if it will ever go away. Be gentle with yourself through the process. Don't beat yourself up and do what you can.
