Woo baby this workout was not knee friendly 😆

I had to modify in a few places

Curtsy --> standing knee crunch

Squat --> did a small step back and a small squat

Lunge --> I did a small lunge

Wood chippers -- I did them standing up.

I accidentally hit finished so I have two workouts

Any who work out #2 for week 4 down in the books 💪🏻💪🏻
