I am still so hurt over my cat, but life goes on. πŸ˜“

On a positive note, I am starting to feel a betteer so, I might get in a 30 min workout and a stretch today. I've been wanting to workout so bad, but I had to listen to my body.

I hope you Queens are having a fabulous week so far. My week has been rough. On Monday my cat died and I am so heartbroken πŸ’”πŸ˜“

Now I'm sick and running a slight fever. So I'm just taking it easy and focusing on my eating habits, drinking plenty of water, and resting as much as possible. I can't wait to get back to business! Enjoy the rest of the week. 🫢🏽

Hi! I hope you all are having a wonderful day! This is my accountability post starting the week. My dad is back in the hospital. He wasn't even home 24 hours, but he will be okay.

I came to say that no matter what this week throws at me I will get in 3 to 4 workouts this week. If I have to get up earlier, stay up later or whatever it's going to get done! πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½
