Hi, girls. Iβm new here, just been here a couple of weeks. I did a leg workout two days ago and been really sore and with pain (on my legs). Feeling a little discouraged cause I think I may have done something wrong or overdid it a little bit. Been there before? Any advice on what to do to feel better?
Oh lord!!!! Yvona has my body moving in movie style slow motion from the soreness throughout my body, but thats ok. I just keep telling myself that it means its working LOL!!!!
Good morning Queens! I hope all is well with everyone. I have been off since I came back from vacation but have been pushing through. Today I felt myself slipping back to not wanting to move. I got up and said I can give myself 30 minutes and did any hour. First Chasity HITT, then Booty Blaster Lower Body with Chasity. She got me back!!!! Thanks Queen. Have a good day everyone β€οΈ
