Thank you queen but this took months of practice going back to August when I really wanted to do a full pushup during my workouts. I went weeks just doing one off my knees a day. I just tried to train calisthenic upper body excises. But if you start with Jamila’s beginners classes and then as you gain some strength go back and forth with Fabi’s full body hiit workouts definitely helped me over time. It really helps to train full body. I did for atleast 3 days a week and if I could get an extra workout I would do replays of Chasity and Sammie’s lower body workouts. Mix it up, go with your own pace you will get there for sure. The May monthly challenge definitely helped me stay consistent so I was able to push myself. Embrace the shakes and you got this!

Just caught the replay, loved the information because I’ve been in a calorie deficit. I wanted to know, as your losing weight should you keep the same calorie deficit number that you started with or adjust it to the new weight on the scale?

I know you mean well and it shows! I’m down 4.6lbs from the workouts and being in a calorie deficit in 2 weeks. Loving this challenge! 😆🫶🏼

Yesterday I did Fabi’s Week2 Day2 of our LYS challenge and that burn was soo serious. I included June day 5 challenge and my calorie burn was insane! On top of that decided to go for one of my weekly walks earlier in the day not knowing what this workout was looking like and overall calorie burn for the day was over 1,000 thousand 🥵🥵 Fabi why you have to do us like that? Either way loved every minute of the burn! Hope you queens are staying hydrated, wondering if next week is going to top this weeks burn so far! 😬
