Merry Christmas Queens! Wishing all of you many blessings and happy moments with your family and friends.

I gained my weight back, no excuses but I did go through a stressful end of year with my Mom in the hospital. Thanks to a miracle she is completely recovered and one day I will share my story on a podcast to bring awareness to every thing I experienced through her medical ordeal. Traumatic events but am proud of my strength for helping her get through it.

Today, I was changing outfits and noticed my body, I was so grateful I have kept up with my Queen Warriors workouts because while I did gain weight I look like I have showed up for myself! Every little workout, every single thing we do to take care of ourselves shows.

Thank you Fabiana, coaches and Queen Warriors for being my inspiration to keep going with my healthy lifestyle.
