Hi Queen. I use a yoga mat and keep 2lb, 3lb, 5lb dumbbells, a 5lb weighted ball, 5lb Kettlebell, 6lb football and 3 resistance bands & stretching cords. Some classes you’ll need an aerobic stepper, a chair, exercise ball. Hope this helps 👑💞.
