Oh my God, Queens!! I hadn’t reached out to my friend because I was afraid of what she would tell me, but then there was a part of me that kept thinking what if she tells me she survived what if she tells me she’s alive so finally yesterday I reached out to her and that’s exactly what happened. Oh my God I’m so happy this beautiful woman is still alive. I believe in miracles they happen. Thank you for your love and support. Today I did W1D2 💪🏼 and ate 1/2 of each 🍕for lunch. Ricotta Cheese & Spinach and Eggplant with tomatoes.

Spaghetti squash recipe 😋 just cut in half, long side, clean out the seeds/area. Bake. Once it’s fully cooked and soft, let is sit a few minutes, use a fork to remove the Squash with long strokes, it comes out looking like spaghetti.
