Hi Queens.

The 6 week challenge is over but our new healthy habits continue for breakfast am having a cashew yogurt with walnuts, peanuts, blueberries and strawberries and a hot turmeric and ginger tea.

For the Catholic community itโ€™s a sad day our dear Pope Francis has passed away and am not very religious but growing up Catholic, believing in God, our Catholic Popeโ€™s are special to us so today we mourn him and I feel it.

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธpeace, happy thoughts and prayers to all. Letโ€™s love ourselves daily and nourish our bodies, mind and soul.

Todayโ€™s goal, eat well, exercise and self care!

Made a cup of old fashioned oats and saved 1/2 for tomorrow added frozen blueberries and fresh blueberries with walnuts. Itโ€™s pretty good!

Using paper plates because washing dishes is killing me lol.
