I feel guilty for not working out. I chose not to have kids but God said oh no, you’re not getting off easy so he gave me parents to look after, now I only have 1 left and my time goes to her doctor appts, checking in on her and my work. And when my city is in distress it’s hard to show up and join the fun here 🎉🎉. I missed 2-3 weeks but feel like it was meant to be as am loving working out daily to catch up! 🥰😁♥️🙌🏼

My why is because I love how I look when I make better eating choices and because I know food is the biggest cure or cause of all disease.
