Hi Queens š
Hope youāre all well?! Happy Fall 2025 š Iāve been house/dog sitting at my sisters for a week. I am still doing the challenge & getting my workouts in. I go home tomorrow, I canāt wait to meal prep.
Last week, I made a stuffed bell pepper it was so good but then I was a little overwhelmed by all the meat next time I will try a vegetarian or vegan version. If you have any ideas please share them.
Earlier my cell flashed a picture of me from a few years ago and it made me realize thatās why I am here! I need Queen Warriors, I see the difference, itās not an over night thing for us over 50 but itās possible! Keep working out ladies, keep moving and you will see the results šŖš¼ šš½.

Get well soon Queen. Walking is a great form of exercise when you canāt do much or Qigong.
